At Home with Rhi

A Day in the Life of therhiclub Founder

Ever wondered what a day looks like for the powerhouse behind The Rhi Club? We sat down with Rhi to get a glimpse into her daily life, routines, and some fun insights you might not expect. From morning runs to sweet treats with every meal, here’s what a typical day looks like for Rhi.

What does an average day look like to you?

Rhi is all about making the most of her mornings. She’s up at 6 AM for a quick outdoor move—whether it’s a run or a walk, it’s always outside. By 8 AM, she’s showered, had breakfast, and is ready to tackle the day.

Her workdays vary, keeping things interesting. Some days, you’ll find her zipping around town for meetings and events, while other days are spent at her flat or a cute coffee shop, powering through emails, editing content, and staying on top of admin work. She loves breaking up her day with a coffee walk or a lunch stroll, proving that even busy days deserve a little self-care and movement.

Come 6 PM, if she’s not heading to an evening event, Rhi might be squeezing in a second gym session, catching dinner with friends, enjoying a cinema date, or strolling through Battersea Park. But just as often, she’s unwinding on the sofa after a full day.

What’s something people might be surprised to know is part of your routine?

Rhi’s love for sweet treats is non-negotiable! She’s the ultimate pudding girl and always includes something sweet with every meal. From scrambled eggs followed by a vanilla coffee in the morning to a protein bar or banana bread with lunch, and always finishing dinner with a bit of chocolate—dessert is a constant part of her day. “It’s actually non-negotiable for me,” she laughs. “Pudding at every meal, no exceptions.”

A lot of your business is fitness-oriented. How do you deal with those days where you don’t feel like being active?

For Rhi, fitness isn’t a chore—it’s something she genuinely loves. “Maybe one day a year I don’t feel like being active, and that’s only if I’m really poorly or something major happens,” she says. Staying active is ingrained in her routine, but she’s learned to listen to her body.

If she’s feeling tired or unmotivated, she’ll ask herself whether she’s actually in need of rest or if she’s just being a little lazy. If it’s the latter, she pushes through, thanks to years of training and discipline. But she’s also become more mindful of giving herself grace when needed, especially over the last year. “I’ve learned to rest when I need to, otherwise you’ll put yourself out for longer. It’s all about the long run, besties!”

What are your favorite things to do?

When it comes to hobbies, Rhi keeps it simple: run, eat, travel, read, mooch, and yap—in no particular order. She’s always on the move, exploring new places, trying new foods, and making time for a good chat with friends. And if there’s one thing she loves, it’s balancing a busy lifestyle with moments of relaxation and reflection.

If you could pick one item you can’t live without, what would it be?

We asked Rhi the tough question—what’s the one thing she can’t live without? Instead of going with the obvious, she broke it down into categories:

  • Run: Her Runna plan, because it keeps her training on track.

  • Eat: Her beloved air fryer, of course.

  • Travel: A big, cozy hoodie that always feels like home.

  • Read: Her new book light, perfect for nighttime reading.

  • Mooch: Birkenstock clogs or Uggs—the elite shoes for comfy strolls.

Final Thoughts

Rhi’s daily routine is all about balance. Whether it’s a morning run, a productive workday in a coffee shop, or a cozy evening on the sofa, she finds time for both movement and rest, for work and fun. She’s a true example of how to stay active and motivated while enjoying life’s little indulgences along the way—like a chocolate treat after every meal!

And at the heart of it all is her passion for helping others push boundaries, break limits, and thrive in every aspect of their lives. We hope this little peek into Rhi’s world inspires you to find balance in your own routine and maybe even add a sweet treat to every meal, too!
